We Energies is trying to raise our rates AGAIN. They are asking for a $480 million rate increase over the next two years, a 14% increase on utility bills that are already too high for many Wisconsin families.
We Energies says the increase is needed to pay for new gas plants. But those gas plants are increasingly being used to power data centers, leaving customers to shoulder the costs.
Wisconsin investor-owned utilities already earn the fifth-highest profits in the country, while many families are struggling to make ends meet. Join your neighbors in speaking out against We Energies’ proposed rate increase.
