Millions of Wisconsinites lack access to the conditions they need to thrive—clean air, safe water, economic opportunity, and freedom from pollution. This isn't an accident. It's the result of power imbalances that have gone unchecked for too long.
For decades, public health has treated symptoms while ignoring the disease: unjust systems concentrate pollution in low-income communities, deny resources to communities, and prioritize profit over people. We can't address health disparities without confronting who holds the power.

We don't speak for frontline neighborhoods; we amplify their voices. We don't design solutions in boardrooms; we build them alongside our neighbors and partners who live with the consequences of pollution, climate chaos, and injustice every single day.
Real change happens when power shifts. When communities have a seat at the table. When their lived experience shapes policy. That's why we organize, advocate, and fight for the economic, social, and environmental policies that determine whether Wisconsinites can breathe, thrive, and live with dignity.
