WPS is trying to raise our rates AGAIN. They are asking for a $136.9 million rate increase over the next two years, this is a 10% increase on utility bills that are already too high for many Wisconsin families.
WPS says the increase is needed to pay for new gas plants. But those gas plants are increasingly being used to power data centers, leaving customers to shoulder the costs.
