About The Event
This is not your typical climate course. Although we will be covering an overview and updates of the climate crisis and its impact on us, we will also spend some time exploring the widespread attitudes and thoughts of fear and anxiety that can inhibit our ability to feel hopeful and may even cause us to feel overwhelmed and powerless.
Our goal is to help you become more aware of all the positive initiatives underway as well as the wide range of opportunities to become more engaged in meaningful ways to join the movement to heal our planet.
You will learn from local, state and national experts about a wide range of efforts being made to reduce greenhouse gases and regenerate life among our animal and plant kingdoms. You will also learn how to have productive conversations about climate change to help raise awareness of the issues and options for action.
Whether you are feeling curious, concerned, or alarmed about the climate crisis, we encourage you to join us for a dynamic, informative and energizing learning experience designed to bolster your own sense of hope and optimism in dealing with this critical challenge.
You are welcome to invite a friend or family member for this important series.
