Foundry Ridge Gas Plant Public Hearing

A note on timing: The Public Service Commission (PSC) scheduled two hearings for this gas plant, one at 2 PM and 6 PM. They often go straight through (2 PM-8 PM), with intermittent breaks, if the hearing has enough attendees.

The PSC recently enacted stronger rate protections from data centers after thousands submitted comments and testified. Now, they need to hear from our voices again. You may feel nervous or unsure when thinking about testifying. That's normal! Some of our volunteers who have done this several times still do too. Yet, these hearings are an important way to stand with our neighbors and influence not just key regulators, but broader policy.
