About The Event

Climate change is not just an environmental crisis— it is a public health emergency. Across Wisconsin, extreme weather events, harmful air pollution, and rising temperatures are already impacting the health and well-being of our communities. As members of the health professional community, we see firsthand the health impacts of these changes, particularly on our most vulnerable populations.

All Wisconsinites deserve clean air and water, a healthy climate, safe communities, and the freedom to thrive. Both fossil fuels and the climate change they cause threaten those values. It is our duty to advocate for urgent, values-driven policy that prioritizes public health, equity, and sustainability.  Join public health and healthcare professionals to learn about legislative priorities and meet with your legislators.
